She had a stiff leg
I saw her at a parking place outside a departement store in Germany, she was about 25-30 years old and quite pretty. And she had a stiff leg. For some reason her right knee was locked in a straight position.

I never found out for certain what it was or if it was something temporary or if she was permanently disabled. She was wearing trousers, so I couldn't see if there was something else that was unusual about her leg. And there was no sign of plaster or callipers.

She had that typical stiff-legged gait. When she was about to move her stiff leg forward, she lifted her right side a bit more than usual in order to make the leg go free from the ground. But the movement was very smooth and the extra lift very small, all of it indicating some years of practice and consequently that her stiff-leggedness was permanent and not some temporary injury.

Getting into the car required a bit of acrobacy. She was going to take place in the passenger seat (the right side of the car) and she started by getting her left, normal leg into the car which of course was no problem. She then sat down on the seat with her stiff leg still outside the car.

After that she heaved herself upwards and inwards a bit and in that way she got enough space to get her stiff leg into the car. Then her boyfriend shut the door.

When they drove away I thought that it might have been interesting to see her manoeuvre herself out of the car.
